General Information

Samples: Product samples are available at first column pricing. The cost of the sample is deducted from orders of 25 units or more.
Payment/Pricing: Full payment must be received before production begins. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or company check. The prices shown in this catalog are accurate at the time of printing and are subject to change.
Sales Tax: All sales tax must be collected on any orders shipping to recipients in Washington State unless the distributor provides Gift Services with a Washington Resale Certificate.
Returns: Merchandise returns are handled carefully to ensure customer satisfaction. Contact Gift Services within 7 days of delivery. Decorated gifts are nonreturnable, but will be replaced if they arrive damaged.
Substitutions: Substitutions will be made as necessary to ensure gift availability. Items substituted will be of equal or greater value.
Bulk Order Form: Our bulk order form makes it easy to order gifts going to multiple addresses or with various card messages. The bulk order form must be emailed to Gift Services for drop shipped orders.

Artwork Information

Logo Artwork: Logo files must be submitted as an .eps file.
Text Decoration: Standard text on ribbon does not require artwork and there are no set up charges. A set up charge will apply for all other decoration methods and decorative text on ribbon.
Proofs: Art proofs will be emailed to the contact specified in the order within 2 business days of receiving the complete order and correct artwork. The first art proof is provided at no charge. Additional proofs will be provided at $15 (V). The order will be on hold until art approval is received.

Decoration Methods & Pricing

Decoration Pricing: Setup charges are $60 (V) per logo, per decoration method.

Shipping Information

Primary Carrier: Our Primary Carrier is FedEx FOB Vancouver, Washington. We will gladly ship orders on a provided FedEx # upon request. We do not ship with UPS at this time.
Drop Shipments: Drop shipments to individual recipients are accommodated at no extra charge and with no additional production time. Multiple addresses must be provided on our bulk order form.
Available Shipping Methods: We ship via Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, and Freight. Please reference the map below to estimate Ground transit times. Ground Shipping transit times are not guaranteed and could be longer during peak seasons.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to international addresses, APO addresses, or post office boxes. Special restrictions apply on shipments to AK and HI.

Product Availability

Wine Restrictions: Gift Services ships wine to every state the law allows. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery for all shipments containing wine. If an order is shipping to multiple addresses, please provide a list of zip codes. If some of the recipient locations are restricted, we will be happy to suggest an alternate gourmet gift in the same price range in order to complete the order. Combined quantity pricing will apply.
Chocolate & Fruit Gifts: To ensure the quality of all gifts fulfilled by Gift Services, chocolate and fruit components cannot be shipped during the warmer seasons. Gifts with fewer chocolate components are available year round, but during warm weather months, chocolate is replaced with heat-tolerable food items of equal or greater value.

Standard Ribbon Colors: Standard colors shown. Additional ribbon colors are available for special order. Minimums and extra production time apply.

Packaging Information

Gift Basket Packaging: The gift images shown in this catalog are for display purposes. In order to utilize efficient shipping practices and for the protection of the gifts during transit, gifts are shipped with the components compactly organized into the container. Gifts do not arrive in display form as shown.
Single Item Gift Packaging: Single item gifts are packaged in presentation gift boxes or gift wrapped.
Personalized Card Messages: Executive gift cards printed with a personalized message are included for no additional charge. If various messages are required, our bulk order form must be submitted with card messages included. Insertion of customer provided greeting cards is available for $2.50 (V). If provided cards are personalized, the order must be submitted with our bulk order form.

Custom Gifts

Although Gift Services offers a wide variety of business gifts, custom gifts are often required for certain projects or corporate needs. We are experts in custom gifts and fulfillment, and can create the right gift for the job. Call us to discuss your custom gift project.

They do not imply endorsement and are not for sale to anyone other than the authorized owner. By submitting order and artwork to Gift Services, the owner of the artwork gives permission for the use or display of the artwork. The owner of the artwork agrees to hold Gift Services harmless of all claims.
