General Information

Order Processing

Orders less than 20 units must be entered by distributer on the website. Orders 20 units or more can be received via Purchase Order (PO) by emailing orders@giftservices.com, or on the Gift Services website. (Distributors must be set up with login information to enter orders online).

Production Time

Standard production time is 2 business days after complete order is processed. A complete order includes PO, artwork, art proof approval, payment or credit approval, and a drop ship order form and gift cards if the order requires them. Blank orders ship the following business day. Production time could be longer for large orders or during peak seasons.

Minimums

Most gifts are available in quantities of one. Select Products have minimums as shown on this website. For large orders please email orders@giftservices.com to verify if we have the inventory available to fill the order.

Samples

Blank and random product samples are available for the prices shown. Spec samples are available for the price shown + $40.00 (v). The cost of the sample will be credited to orders of 25+ units.

Terms

Full payment must be received before production begins. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or company check. Invoice accounts are available for established customers upon credit approval. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the PO and the remaining balance due upon shipment of order.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be assessed where applicable and will be collected unless the distributor provides Gift Services with a Resale Certificate before the order is processed. Please contact a Gift Services Representative with questions.

Guarantee

Gift Services guarantees your gift order will arrive to your customer or the recipient in quality condition. If you or your clients aren’t satisfied with the item(s), contact Gift Services within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Substitutions

Substitutions will be made as necessary to ensure gift availability. Items substituted will be of equal or greater value.

Returns

Food components and decorated gifts are not reusable if returned, therefore these items are nonreturnable. Decorated items can be reshipped to a new address with an additional shipping charge.

Chocolate & Fruit Gifts

To ensure the quality of all gifts fulfilled by Gift Services, chocolate and fruit components cannot be shipped during the warmer seasons. Gifts that contain fewer chocolate components are available year round and require express shipping to some areas. During warm weather months, chocolate is replaced with heat-tolerable food items of equal, or greater value.

Wine Restrictions

Gift Services ships wine to every state the law allows. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery for all shipments containing wine. If an order is shipping to multiple addresses, including restricted states, we will be happy to suggest an alternate gourmet gift in the same price range in order to complete the order. Combined quantity pricing will apply.

Logos shown on this website, as well as the Gift Services catalog and emails, are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement and are not for sale to anyone other than the authorized owner. By submitting order and artwork to Gift Services, the owner of the artwork gives permission for the use or display of the artwork. The owner of the artwork agrees to hold Gift Services harmless of all claims.

Gift Basket Packaging

The gift images shown on this website are for display purposes. In order to utilize efficient shipping practices and for the protection of the gifts during transit, gifts are shipped with the components compactly organized into the container. Gifts do not arrive in display form as shown.
